SVR re-doing track.

I was told today that Beloit is going to do some major work on the track to try to keep cars from running of the back stretch. They are also going to add dirt to the corners to raise it several inches. It is nice to see SVR working as hard as they do to keep a nice track in good condition. Good Job Beloit crew.

Looked at it the other day. Looks like alot more bank in corners, wider and more of a D shaped. Think you all will enjoy.

We did do some work to widen the back stretch and corners 3 and 4. The banking had settled a little on the top side so we really didn't make it more banked but the restoration of the original banking sure looks alot taller than I remember. We ran out of money and were not able to restore corners 1 and 2. Should make it interesting hang it out of 2 and pay attention coming out of 4.
